Findlay Stadium at Stateline Speedway
Grab your friends and experience weekly excitement, April through September at Findley Stadium at Stateline Speedway. You’ll be on the edge of your seat from the moment the races start. The stadium-style racetrack hosts racing action on Fridays and Saturdays, with special events throughout the season. Every July 3rd, the Speedway hosts their hard-hitting derby, followed by one of the largest fireworks displays in the Inland Northwest. Another “don’t miss” event is the Idaho 200. Each year in late July, many racers battle it out to qualify as one of 24 drivers starting the 200-lap main event. Raised concrete grandstands offer fantastic views, so fans don’t miss any angle of the action!
Some of the best annual entertainment at the Speedway includes Father’s Day’s Big Rig Races with you guessed it, semi-trucks! You may know what a demolition derby is, but have you ever been to a Boat Race Demo Derby? The Speedway serves up several of these jaw-dropping events each season. Cars pull boats at high speeds, without trailers—seriously. Boats get smashed and trashed until they are the size of kindling. Like all demo derbies, the last boat moving wins!
A sensational addition to the Speedway’s lineup is the Grandstand Jams Concert. National headliners, like Trace Adkins in 2022, take the stage at one of the largest outdoor venues in North Idaho. Whichever evening you choose to visit the Speedway, come hungry. Their massive nacho meal is a race fan’s favorite. The grandstands boast three large concession stands, two beer gardens, and a Gift Shop.
In December, travel back to the night Christ was born as the Speedway is transformed into the city of Bethlehem. Vendors fill the village road with animals that children can interact with. At the live nativity scene, Mary and Joseph are available to chat. Activities on hand for all ages. Witness the lighting of the most significant “giving tree” in the Northwest that profoundly helps families and organizations around the region. A Night in Bethlehem is a free event and a wonderful time for the whole family!
When planning your visit to Post Falls, ensure Stateline Stadium and Speedway are included in your itinerary. Tickets can be purchased at the front gate on the day of the event or online in advance. Family passes, group tickets, reserve, and stadium seating are available. Check out www.raceidaho.com or their social media to view their schedule.
